We’ve had several homeowners in the community who spent time and money into replacing their front yard landscaping, only to see neighbors with pets trampling fresh grass, or worse, urinating on it! Similarly, the Association is also working diligently with the landscapers to bring the park strips in the community up to standard, which becomes harder and harder when pets or people step on fragile new plant life.

 

We ask all homeowners and pet owners to be respectful of the property around them. Please try to keep your pet from using other’s lawns for relief purposes. And please avoid treading on plants in the park strip.
