Please opt in to receive all Association communications via email if you want to help save the HOA money. The Association budgets around $3,200 each year to print and mail newsletters, budget packages, year end financials and more, many of which are required by CA law. Email the management office (cheryl@hoaservices.net) with your address and that you would like to opt in to receive all communications electronically. This will save the Association mailing expenses and you will receive updates in a timely fashion. Thank you!

 

This goes for any homeowners who receive ANY mail via USPS. If you receive ANY Association mail via USPS, you have not opted into to receiving ALL mail via email and could save the Association more money!
